"I am sorry." - To those whom we have hurt knowingly or unknowingly in our clumsy navigation through life.
"Thank you." - To those who have given us the gifts of kindness, compassion and love.
"I love you." - To those who have touched our hearts and make this world a more magical and wonderful place.
If one can truly practise and master these three mantras in one's life - I think it will be enough.
